Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2  business days. Please note that processing times may vary during high-demand periods (e.g., holidays, sales events), but we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with an estimated delivery date. After your order is shipped, you will receive another email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping:

  • Delivery typically takes 5-8 business days within the contiguous United States.
  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Expedited Shipping:
  • Delivery typically takes 3-4 business days.
  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
International Shipping:
  • We currently do not ship internationally but will be expanding soon. 

    Packaging

    • We take great care to package your products securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each product is carefully wrapped in protective materials to prevent breakage or damage during transit.
    • Our packaging is eco-friendly, using recyclable materials wherever possible.

    Shipping Address

    • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure accuracy. We are unable to modify the shipping address once an order has been placed, so any mistakes could result in delays or non-delivery.
    • If an address correction is required after the order has been processed, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

    Damaged or Lost Items

    • Damaged Items: We take great care in ensuring your candles are packaged securely, but if your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photo of damaged product. We will gladly replace or refund any damaged products.
    • Lost Items: If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us, and we will work with the shipping carrier to track down your package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has confirmed delivery.

    Returns & Exchanges

    • Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on candles unless they are damaged or defective. If your candle does not meet your expectations, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
    • Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges unless the item received is defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange your product, please reach out to us within 7 days of receipt.

    Shipping Delays

    • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot control delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us, and we will assist you as best we can.
